Wil jij meewerken aan voertuigen die écht het verschil maken? In deze job bouw je samen met je collega's brandweer- en hulpverleningsvoertuigen van A tot Z op. Je werkt aan unieke projecten, waarbij geen twee voertuigen helemaal hetzelfde zijn.

Wat ga je doen? We zoeken iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar werk.

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in metaal- of plaatbewerking.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en schema's lezen.
  • Je bent handig en werkt graag met verschillende gereedschappen en materialen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent bereid om verschillende technieken en taken aan te leren.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar vindt het ook belangrijk om goed samen te werken.
  • Je kunt instructies correct opvolgen en staat open voor feedback.
  • Je bent stipt en betrouwbaar.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
  • Ervaring met elektriciteit, montage of voertuigen is mooi meegenomen.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in een klein team van ongeveer 25 collega's, waar iedereen elkaar kent en de communicatielijnen kort zijn. Er is geen ingewikkelde hiërarchie: je krijgt duidelijke afspraken en begeleiding, maar er is ook ruimte om zelf mee te denken en ideeën aan te brengen. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je monteert en richt brandweer- en hulpverleningsvoertuigen in.
  • Je bouwt kasten en andere onderdelen van het voertuig samen.
  • Je voert voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit aan het onderstel.
  • Je monteert onder andere brandweerpompen, elektrische componenten en andere voertuiginstallaties.
  • Je zaagt, plooit, boort, verlijmt, riveteert en schroeft onderdelen volgens de noden van het project.
  • Je werkt aan de hand van technische plannen, schema's en werkopdrachten.
  • Je controleert of alle onderdelen correct en veilig geïnstalleerd zijn.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om elk voertuig kwalitatief en op tijd af te leveren.

Je krijgt de kans om verschillende onderdelen van het montageproces te leren. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en technische kennis neem je gaandeweg meer verantwoordelijkheid op.
