The posting

Dans le cadre de la digitalisation continue du planning et du dispatching, l'un de nos clients souhaite renforcer son équipe avec un(e) nouveau(elle) collègue. Grâce à l'introduction d'un nouvel outil logiciel, il franchit une étape importante dans l'optimisation de son fonctionnement.

C'est pourquoi nous recherchons pour lui un(e) employé(e) Planning & Dispatching, une personne qui aime structurer les activités, garder une vue d'ensemble et communiquer aisément, aussi bien avec ses collègues qu'avec les clients.

Vos tâches comprennent notamment :

  • Soutenir les activités quotidiennes de planning et de dispatching.
  • Contribuer au bon déroulement et à l'efficacité des processus.
  • Traiter et assurer le suivi des missions dans le logiciel de planification.
  • Adapter le planning lorsque la situation l'exige.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les techniciens sur le terrain, les collègues et la direction.
  • Maintenir le contact avec les clients concernant l'exécution des services planifiés.
  • Contribuer à la réflexion sur l'amélioration du planning et des processus de travail.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et le reporting.
  • Vous disposez d'un niveau de formation correspondant à un bachelier, ou d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine du planning, du dispatching ou dans un environnement logistique constitue un atout, mais n'est pas indispensable.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et vous vous familiarisez rapidement avec de nouveaux logiciels.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision et avez le sens de la résolution de problèmes.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le néerlandais et le français (bilingue), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un bel atout.
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée.
  • Gardez votre calme lorsque l'activité s'intensifie et passez facilement d'une tâche à l'autre.
  • Vous communiquez de manière claire
  • Vous sentez à l'aise dans une fonction impliquant de nombreux contacts.
  • Organisation stable
  • Possibilité de contribuer activement à la mise en place d'un processus de planification renouvelé.
  • Formation au logiciel et son fonctionnement.
