Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Maasmechelen zijn wij op zoek naar een Technician and safety engineer.

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van geassembleerde producten volgens de meest recente kwaliteits- en revisierichtlijnen.

Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan het oplossen van technische storingen, het optimaliseren van processen binnen de assemblageafdeling en het ondersteunen van een veilige en ergonomische werkomgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Ondersteunen van de afdeling Veiligheid & Preventie bij het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het opstellen van veiligheidsprocedures.

Opstellen, actualiseren en beheren van veiligheidsinstructiekaarten (VIK) en inbedrijfstellingsrapporten.

Technische ondersteuning bieden aan assemblagemedewerkers bij storingen en problemen op de werkvloer.

Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan gereedschappen en apparatuur.

Opzetten en realiseren van verbeterprojecten die bijdragen aan een hogere efficiëntie, productiviteit en flexibiliteit, met aandacht voor ergonomie. Analyseren van overtollige voorraad en bepalen van de meest kostenefficiënte oplossingen via herwerking of demontage van units.

Opvolgen van kwaliteitsissues en technische wijzigingen (Engineering Changes), uitvoeren van testen en communiceren van relevante informatie naar betrokken afdelingen.

Up-to-date houden van technische documentatie en werkinstructies zodat steeds de meest recente versies beschikbaar zijn.

Evalueren van assemblagemallen, gereedschappen en apparatuur conform CE-richtlijnen en toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en preventiewetgeving.

Beheren van stuklijsten (Bill of Materials) binnen Oracle en waar nodig werkorders aanmaken of aanpassen. Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 3 is een pluspunt.

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het opstellen van preventiemaatregelen binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.

Je hebt ervaring met veiligheid en preventie binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.

Je bent sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van technische en organisatorische vraagstukken.

Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je werkt vlot met MS Office-toepassingen zoals Word en Excel.

Professionele competenties Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses.

Verrichten van conformiteitscontroles.

Toezien op de correcte toepassing van kwaliteitsprocedures. Formuleren van technische adviezen en oplossingen.

Opstellen van inspectie- en controlerapporten.
