Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet. 1 Entwicklungsexpert:in Schweißen Ihre Aufgaben:

* Generierung, Analyse und Interpretation experimenteller Daten zur Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Schweißprozessen sowie zur Validierung numerischer Schweißmodelle

* Aktive Weiterentwicklung von Schweißprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Simulationsexperten, Integration von mechanistisch fundiertem Verständnis der Zusammenhänge zwischen Prozess, Mikrostruktur und Eigenschaften

* Anwendung und Integration modernster Technologien und Methoden zur Weiterentwicklung von Schweißanwendungen sowie zur Förderung und Verbesserung von Schweißmodellen

* Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Technologien und Trends im Bereich der Schweißtechnik

Ihr Profil:

* Promotion (PhD) in Maschinenbau, Materialwissenschaften, Technischer Physik, Technischer Chemie oder einer artverwandten Fachrichtung mit ausgeprägter Affinität zur Schweißtechnik, deren numerischer Modellierung und Datenanalyse

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, experimentelle Daten mit simulationsbasierten Ansätzen zu verknüpfen

* Erfahrung im Bereich Schweißtechnologien; Kenntnisse laserbasierter Verfahren sind von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterqualifikation als Schweißfachingenieur:in (IEW/EWE)

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
