Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je biedt functionele en applicatieve support aan klanten bij vragen en problemen met ERP software.
  • Je analyseert complexere incidenten en neemt 3rd line support op, in samenwerking met andere teams waar nodig.
  • Je helpt klanten bij het gebruik en de configuratie van de software en denkt mee over passende oplossingen.
  • Je behandelt change requests en voert kleine aanpassingen door om de werking van de applicaties te optimaliseren.
  • Je stemt af met support, development en projectmanagement en draagt bij aan kennisdeling en de verdere verbetering van de software.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen software- of applicatiesupport.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet functionele problemen op een praktische manier te onderzoeken en op te lossen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-, POS- of andere bedrijfssoftware. Affiniteit met retail of groothandel is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van SQL, databanken of integraties is mooi meegenomen. Je hebt voldoende technische interesse om ook complexere vraagstukken aan te pakken.
