Voor een moderne en sterk groeiende producent in de voedingsindustrie in Sint-Lievens-Houtem zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren operator die de rechterhand wordt van de productiemanager.

Je bent een echte allrounder die de productie van dichtbij opvolgt, collega's ondersteunt en ervoor zorgt dat de verschillende productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien. Dankzij jouw technische kennis los je storingen snel op en ben je aanwezig op de werkvloer waar je het verschil maakt.

Jouw uitdaging

✔ Je ondersteunt de productiemanager bij de dagelijkse organisatie van de productie.

✔ Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de goede werking van verschillende productielijnen en machines.

✔ Je stelt machines af, voert omstellingen uit en grijpt in waar nodig.

✔ Je analyseert en lost technische storingen zelfstandig op.

✔ Je begeleidt operatoren en ondersteunt collega's bij technische vragen.

✔ Je ziet toe op een efficiënte productieplanning en een vlotte samenwerking tussen de afdelingen.

✔ Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne volgens de geldende normen.

✔ Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntiewinsten.

✔ Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving.

✔ Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en bent vertrouwd met productie-installaties.

✔ Je bent een natuurlijke leider die collega's motiveert en ondersteunt.

✔ Je neemt initiatief en werkt oplossingsgericht.

✔ Je behoudt het overzicht en durft beslissingen te nemen.

✔ Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.

✔ Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een mooie meerwaarde.
