Buitenplaats Kameryck is dé plek voor zakelijke events midden in het Groene Hart. Van vergaderingen en heidagen tot grote bedrijfsfeesten en meerdaagse evenementen: wij zorgen dat alles klopt. Voor ons eventteam zoeken we een ervaren Event Adviseur die klanten weet te verrassen, goed kan adviseren én commercieel sterk is. Je krijgt een aanvraag binnen, ontdekt wat een klant écht nodig heeft en vertaalt dat naar een aantrekkelijk en haalbaar eventvoorstel. Je bedenkt samen met de klant het concept, maakt de offerte, geeft rondleidingen en weet uiteindelijk de klant voor Buitenplaats Kameryck te laten kiezen. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met het verwerken van aanvragen. Je bent adviseur, sparringpartner en verkoper tegelijk. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert commerciële gesprekken met zakelijke klanten, telefonisch, online en op locatie. - Je adviseert klanten over de mogelijkheden van Buitenplaats Kameryck en de Oortjeshoeve. - Je geeft rondleidingen en weet klanten enthousiast te maken. - Je bedenkt creatieve en passende eventconcepten. - Je maakt offertes die aantrekkelijk zijn voor de klant én financieel kloppen. - Je volgt aanvragen actief op en werkt toe naar de opdracht. - Je verwerkt afspraken en offertes zorgvuldig in ons reserveringssysteem Smart Event Manager. - Na akkoord draag je het event goed over aan onze Event Producers. - Je blijft waar nodig betrokken bij de klant en zorgt voor een goede aftersales. - Je denkt mee over hoe we nog meer mooie zakelijke events naar Buitenplaats Kameryck kunnen halen.
