As an Event Director at InnStyle, you are the operational hub during our corporate events and sports or (re)creative programs. InnStyle is the premier event location at the Maarsseveense Plassen, surrounded by water, beach, and greenery, just a stone's throw from Utrecht and Amsterdam. Our versatile venue offers space for conferences, corporate festivals, product launches, and more. Together with a team of passionate colleagues, we create unforgettable events. As an Event Director, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. You are the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues, always keeping an overview, whether it's a conference or a large-scale team-building event. What are you going to do: - The operational execution of corporate events and team-building activities, based on scripts prepared by the Event Advisor. - Directing hospitality staff, sports instructors, and suppliers, ensuring everything runs smoothly. - The point of contact for clients and guests during the event. - Coordinating and bringing together different departments, such as Event Management, Facilities, and Event Consulting, to ensure optimal execution. - Resolving unexpected situations with a smile and ensuring a 9+ for the customer.
