Ihr Job bei uns: * Gesamtverantwortung sowie konsequente Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Housekeeping-Teams inklusive Wäscherei * Organisation, Sicherstellung und Kontrolle sämtlicher Reinigungsprozesse für Lodge, die öffentlichen Bereiche und den Backoffice-Bereich * Tägliche Gewährleistung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung der Gästezimmer und Outlets sowie Umsetzung, Implementierung bzw. Optimierung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards * Erstellung von Dienstplänen und bedarfsgerechte Planung des Mitarbeitereinsatzes * Organisation der laufenden Betreuung des Mitarbeiterhauses * Einkauf und Verwaltung von Reinigungsmitteln und Gästezimmerartikeln sowie sonstiger Materialien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hoteleinkauf * Schnittstelle zu sämtlichen Abteilungen des Hotels * Organisation, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Gästewünschen und VIP-Services * Vorausschauende und strukturierte Planung der operativen Abläufe des Housekeepings

Ihr Profil - Sie begeistern uns mit: * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Executive Housekeeper in der gehobenen Hotellerie * Teamfähigkeit, Führungserfahrung sowie Motivationsfähigkeit * Durchsetzungsstarke und emphatische Kommunikation * Gute PC-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit gängiger Front-Office-Software (Protel, ...) * entsprechende gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil * Gastgeberpersönlichkeit sowie gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten * Gäste- und serviceorientiertes Denken * Ausgeprägter Sauberkeits- und Ordnungssinn * Organisationstalent und Dekorationsgeschick * Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
