Jouw rol?

Als Facility Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat onze collega’s dagelijks in een optimale werkomgeving aan de slag kunnen. Je beheert de operationele en technische aspecten binnen het kantoor en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat klaar voor vragen en verzoeken van collega’s en externe partijen, altijd met een servicegerichte mindset.
  • Je stuurt de handymen's aan.
  • Je beheert de helpdesk.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat kantoorbenodigdheden altijd op voorraad zijn.
  • Je houdt toezicht op onze leveranciers (kwaliteit, prijs, facturatie).
  • Je ondersteunt bij het correct archiveren van documenten, samen met de Management Assistants.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers in een fijne en veilige werkomgeving kunnen starten.
  • Je helpt bij de organisatie van interne verhuizingen en speciale kantoorinrichtingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van evenementen en ontvangt deelnemers met een gastvrije, professionele uitstraling.
  • De facilitaire wereld kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je hebt inmiddels enkele jaren ervaring binnen de sector en weet als geen ander wat er speelt;
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel).
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Flexibele en dynamische teamspeler.
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren.
  • Handig, veelzijdig en administratief sterk.
  • Je weet wanneer een formele of juist informele aanpak nodig is.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
