The posting

Als Facility Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerken binnen de datacenteromgevingen van KBC vlot, gestructureerd en volgens planning verlopen. Je werkt dagelijks samen met klanten, techniekers, onderaannemers en operationele teams binnen een technisch uitdagende omgeving waar jouw coördinatie het verschil maakt.

Jouw werklocatie: regio Mechelen en Heist-op-den-Berg.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je bereidt preventieve onderhoudswerken voor, plant deze in en volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op
  • je stelt onderhoudsplanningen op, beheert ze en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • je volgt technische attesten, keuringen en wettelijke verplichtingen op zodat alle installaties conform blijven
  • je bereidt bestellingen van materialen voor en zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte opvolging
  • je coördineert en stuurt onderaannemers aan op de verschillende sites
  • je volgt contracten en de dienstverlening van externe partners op, waaronder groenonderhoud en branddetectie
  • je bewaakt SLA's, rapporteringen en actiepunten en zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering
  • je werkt mee aan de verdere implementatie en optimalisatie van Salesforce binnen de werking
  • je ziet toe op de toepassing van veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • je stemt af met techniekers, leveranciers en de klant om een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening te garanderen

  • technische achtergrond binnen elektromechanica, HVAC, elektriciteit, facility management of een aanverwante richting
  • kennis van onderhoudsprocessen, gebouwtechnieken of datacenteromgevingen is een sterke troef
  • ervaring met Salesforce Field Services is een pluspunt
  • je bent sterk in planning, administratie en werkvoorbereiding
  • je communiceert vlot met klanten, techniekers en leveranciers
  • je werkt graag procedureel, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen
  • je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team
  • je spreekt vlot Nederlands
