Met jouw oog voor detail en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat tarieven correct worden verwerkt en klanten tijdig de juiste facturen ontvangen. Dit is een rol waarin je snel moet schakelen tussen diverse taken en waarbij jouw affiniteit met cijfers en administratieve processen goed van pas komt. Wat je gaat doen: - Beheren: het volledige tariferingsproces van begin tot eind, zodat offertes correct worden verwerkt in boekingen. - Verwerken: gemaakte afspraken in boekingen om ervoor te zorgen dat facturen juist en tijdig naar klanten worden verstuurd. - Registreren: tariefafspraken van commercie met klanten in ons tariefmanagementsysteem (TMS). - Controleren: facturen en deze versturen naar klanten, inclusief het afhandelen van disputen en het maken van correcties. - Ondersteunen: interne collega's en klanten met vragen over tarieven en facturatie.
