Voor onze partner Sibelco in Maastricht zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven collega. Wordt Fieldoperator in Maastricht en draag samen met een ervaren team bij aan het succes van een wereldwijde speler in de verwerking van minerale grondstoffen! Wat bieden wij jou? - Een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.886,00 en € 3.325,00 (exclusief toeslagen); - Daarbovenop ontvang je 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Je bouwt via Alert vanaf dag één een StiPP pension op; - Een aantrekkelijke ploegentoeslag van 20% - Werken bij een vooraanstaande private multinational met een open en informele bedrijfscultuur; - Veel vrijheid, afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid op een plant met binnen- en buiteninstallaties; - Werken in een hecht en ervaren team van 10 operators onder leiding van een betrokken ploegbaas. - Je beschikt over een MBO-diploma (bij voorkeur Procestechniek Operator A of B) of bent bereid deze te behalen; - Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een productieomgeving; - Je bent je zeer bewust van veilig werken en handelt hier altijd naar; - Je bent resultaat- en oplossingsgericht en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend; - Je bent bereid om in ploegendienst te werken; - Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in (de directe omgeving van) Maastricht.
