In dieser Position lieben Sie Kundenkontakte, Verkaufsberatung sowie Teamführung und einen abwechslungsreichen Tagesablauf.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, idealerweise im "Fashion Retail" oder einer anderen Dienstleistungsbranche

* Sie zeigen Begeisterung für Mode und Lifestyle

* Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Ihren Verantwortungsbereich zu strukturieren, zu optimieren und großes organisatorisches Talent

* Sie sind durchsetzungsstark und haben die soziale Kompetenz, um ein Team mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten zu führen und zu motivieren

* In stressigen Phasen verlieren Sie nicht den Überblick und können die richtigen Prioritäten setzen

* Sie verfügen über der Aufgabe angemessene Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Ihre Tätigkeiten sind:

* Sie sind Botschafter_in unserer Unternehmensphilosophie, tragen die Unternehmensvision authentisch mit und leben unsere Werte

* Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität, erkennen Herausforderungen und nehmen sich diesen persönlich an, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Filialbetriebs sicherzustellen

* Laufende Dienstplanung für die gesamte Filiale

* Führung und Motivation des Verkaufsteams sowie Förderung von Nachwuchspotential

* Koordination der Bereiche interne Logistik, Dekoration und Kassenverwaltung
