Für unsere Filiale in 4052 Ansfelden suchen wir eine Filialleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche).

Deine Aufgaben:

* Führung & Entwicklung: Einsatz, Motivation und Schulung Deines Teams im Verkauf

* Steuerung & Optimierung: Personalplanung, Warendisposition, Verkaufspräsentation sowie Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung

* Kreative Verkaufsförderung: Umsetzung von Marketing- und Promotion-Maßnahmen

* Strategische Zusammenarbeit: Direkte Abstimmung mit unserer Zentrale

* Marktanalyse & Netzwerk: Beobachtung lokaler Trends sowie Pflege von Kontakten zu Behörden und Interessengruppen

Dein Profil:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im textilen Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung als Führungskraft mit Personalverantwortung

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Leidenschaft für Service

* Tiefgehendes Wissen in Waren- und Verkaufskunde

* Begeisterung für Visual Merchandising und Verkaufsraumgestaltung

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Regionale Mobilität für standortübergreifenden Einsatz
