Für unseren Standort im Raum Villach/Villach Land suchen wir ab sofort 1 Filialleitung (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis

Aufgaben:

* Alles im Griff - von A bis Z: Die eigenständige Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts in der Filiale - von der Ablaufplanung bis zur Zielerreichung - liegt in verantwortungsvollen Händen

* Teamführung mit Herz und Verstand: Leitung eines engagierten Teams von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden (SPAR) bzw. 50 Mitarbeitenden (EUROSPAR) - mit Fokus auf ein motivierendes Miteinander und effiziente Zusammenarbeit

* Kennzahlen im Blick, Potenziale im Fokus: Analyse von Kennzahlen, Erkennen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und aktive Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung

* Qualität leben: Verantwortung für das Erscheinungsbild der Filiale, volle Regale und eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation - für einen Einkauf, der Eindruck hinterlässt

* Mitten im Geschehen statt nur dabei: Ob bei Stoßzeiten oder im Tagesgeschäft - mit anpacken, unterstützen und gemeinsam mit dem Team erfolgreich sein

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Handel

* Freude und Erfahrung in der Teamführung

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise

* überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten

* Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Flexibilität
