Of je nu net bent gestart in het vakgebied of al enkele jaren ervaring hebt opgedaan, GreenChem biedt volop mogelijkheden om op termijn door te groeien binnen finance. Functieomschrijving Als Finance Assistant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële administratie, met de nadruk op de crediteurenadministratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen juist worden verwerkt, gecontroleerd en geboekt en hebt regelmatig contact met collega's en leveranciers wanneer er vragen zijn. Je komt te werken in een klein team van drie Finance Assistants en rapporteert aan de Financial Controller. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en boeken van inkoopfacturen - Verwerken van creditnota's en declaraties - Controleren van facturen op juiste entiteit, btw-verwerking en eventuele ordernummers - Signaleren en corrigeren van afwijkingen in facturen - Bewaken van interne goedkeuringsprocessen - Ondersteunen bij audits - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen financiële processen - Ondersteunen van collega's binnen finance tijdens vakanties en drukke periodes Je komt terecht in een team waar nauwkeurigheid belangrijk is, maar waar zeker ook ruimte is voor gezelligheid, samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
