The posting

Als Finance Controller versterk je een internationale specialist in industriële afdichtingstechnologie. De organisatie combineert innovatieve technologieën en digitale oplossingen om industriële toepassingen veiliger en duurzamer te maken.

Je combineert dagelijkse accountingondersteuning met afsluitingen, financiële rapportering, budgettering en forecasting. Je werkt nauw samen met het Shared Service Center en ondersteunt betrouwbare besluitvorming met correcte financiële informatie. Daarnaast fungeer je als back-up voor de Finance Controller in Frankrijk.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden.
  • Samenwerken met het Shared Service Center rond leveranciersboekhouding, klantenboekhouding en grootboekactiviteiten.
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Opstellen van financiële staten.
  • Voorbereiden van budgetten en forecasts.
  • Coördineren van interne en externe audits.
  • Tijdig aanleveren van informatie en documentatie voor audits.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor de Finance Controller in Frankrijk.
  • Onderhouden en versterken van interne financiële controles.
  • Bijdragen aan de verbetering van financiële processen.
  • Aanleveren van correcte en tijdige financiële informatie ter ondersteuning van bedrijfsbeslissingen.
  • Een universitair diploma in bedrijfsadministratie, economie of finance, of een vergelijkbare combinatie van opleiding en beroepservaring, vormt je basis.
  • Eerdere ervaring binnen accounting, controlling of een vergelijkbare financerol is vereist.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden ondersteunen je feitelijke aanpak.
  • Microsoft Excel beheers je op een gevorderd niveau.
  • Nieuwe situaties, processen en werkwijzen maak je snel eigen.
  • Een proactieve, hands-on en gemotiveerde houding kenmerkt je werk.
  • Organisatietalent combineer je met nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail.
  • Engels beheers je vloeiend.
  • Kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans is een sterke troef.
