Finance Manager / Business Controller Fyzie | Aalsmeer (Noord-Holland), Amersfoort (Utrecht) | 28-36 uur per week Een gedeelde functie voor PACA en Fyzie | 28-36 uur per week | standplaatsen Aalsmeer én Amersfoort, deels vanuit huis PACA en Fyzie zoeken samen één Finance Manager / Business Controller. Je verzorgt de cijfers, rapportages en control voor beide organisaties, bent sparringpartner van beide directies en verbetert daarnaast de bedrijfsvoering waar dat nodig is. Over PACA en Fyzie Beide organisaties zijn regiopartner van Fysiogroep Nederland (FGN), de landelijke organisatie van kwalitatief toonaangevende fysiotherapiepraktijken. PACA (Paramedisch AdviesCentrum Aalsmeer) heeft locaties in Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Roelofarendsveen, Waddinxveen, Moerkapelle en Gouda, met een uitgesproken profiel op arbeid & gezondheid en sportmedisch advies. Fyzie is de regiopartner in Midden- en Oost-Nederland, met locaties in onder meer Amersfoort, Hilversum, Houten, Arnhem en Nijmegen, en groeit stevig, deels autonoom, deels door overnames. We werken nauw samen met huisartsen, ziekenhuizen, werkgevers en gemeenten en investeren stevig in kwaliteit, digitalisering en preventie. Waarom één functie voor twee organisaties? Afzonderlijk hebben we nog geen fulltime finance manager nodig; samen wél. Voor jou betekent dat een rol met meer inhoud en meer invloed: je zet één manier van werken en één rapportageset neer voor twee organisaties, je kunt de regio's onderling vergelijken en je hebt korte lijnen met beide directies en met de financieel directeur van FGN. Je komt in dienst bij beide regio's en werkt op basis van een vooraf vastgelegde verdeling, zodat duidelijk is waar je tijd naartoe gaat. Wat we vragen Hoe zien wij dat praktisch? Aalsmeer en Amersfoort liggen niet naast de deur van elkaar. Daarom werk je ongeveer één vaste dag per week in Aalsmeer en één in Amersfoort; de overige tijd werk je vanuit huis of op de locatie waar je het mees...
