The posting

En tant que Finance Project Manager, vous rejoignez une entreprise belge spécialisée dans le transport, l’entreposage et les solutions logistiques intégrées. Vous pilotez des projets de transformation visant à améliorer les processus financiers, le reporting et les connexions entre les systèmes.

À l’interface entre Finance, IT et Operations, vous collaborez avec les équipes Accounting et Controlling pour optimiser l’utilisation de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central et ses intégrations avec les WMS/TMS. Vous traduisez les besoins opérationnels en solutions concrètes, mesurables et sécurisées, tout en accompagnant leur adoption par les utilisateurs.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Piloter les projets liés à Business Central, aux intégrations de systèmes et à l’automatisation des processus financiers.
  • Construire les business cases, plans de projet et feuilles de route.
  • Définir le périmètre, les délais, les risques, les budgets, les ressources et les bénéfices attendus.
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes et animer les groupes de travail.
  • Assurer un suivi transparent des décisions et des actions.
  • Analyser les processus existants et identifier les améliorations rapidement réalisables.
  • Concevoir des processus plus simples, fiables et performants.
  • Coordonner l’implémentation et les tests des développements ERP, modules complémentaires et interfaces WMS/TMS.
  • Préparer les formations, supports, procédures et dispositifs d’assistance nécessaires à la mise en production.
  • Définir les indicateurs permettant de mesurer les gains de temps, la réduction des erreurs et la qualité des données.
  • Coordonner les fournisseurs et consultants externes.
  • Identifier et prioriser des applications concrètes de l’IA en Finance : traitement des factures, détection d’anomalies et réconciliation automatisée.
  • Accompagner le passage des projets pilotes à des solutions utilisables en production.
  • Veiller à la fiabilité des flux de données, à la sécurité des connexions API et à leur intégration dans l’environnement ERP.
  • Mettre en place les règles de qualité et de gouvernance des données.
  • Prévoir le suivi des performances, l’explicabilité des résultats et les solutions de repli.
  • Garantir le respect de la confidentialité, de la transparence et des exigences de conformité dans l’utilisation de l’IA.
  • Vous justifiez d’au moins trois à cinq ans d’expérience en gestion de projets au sein de la Finance ou du Business Controlling.
  • Une expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ou un ERP comparable est nécessaire.
  • Les processus logistiques et leurs interactions avec les systèmes WMS/TMS vous sont familiers.
  • Capacité d’analyse, structure et pragmatisme caractérisent votre approche.
  • Vous savez fédérer des interlocuteurs variés et accompagner le changement jusqu’à l’utilisation quotidienne des solutions.
  • Le français et l’anglais sont maîtrisés avec aisance.
  • Vous maîtrisez les modèles Excel avancés et/ou Power BI ou d’autres outils de Business Intelligence.
  • Une expérience dans la logistique ou la supply chain constitue un atout important.
  • Votre orientation résultats vous aide à traduire les besoins du terrain en améliorations concrètes.
