Voor een ondernemende bedrijvengroep met meerdere werkmaatschappijen in Halfweg ben ik op zoek naar een Financial Accountant. De groep groeit gestaag en professionaliseert de financiële functie, waardoor er veel ruimte is om processen mee vorm te geven. Je komt terecht in een klein financeteam met een informele werksfeer en korte lijnen naar de directie. Als Financial Accountant werk je op het hoofdkantoor in Halfweg en ondersteun je de financiële administratie van verschillende entiteiten. Je verzorgt de periodieke afsluitingen, stelt rapportages op en bent sparringpartner voor de controller. Je ziet direct het effect van je werk in de cijfers van de groep. Omdat de organisatie groeit, komen er regelmatig nieuwe entiteiten en processen bij. Dat maakt de rol breder dan een klassieke administratiefunctie en geeft je snel meer verantwoordelijkheid. Ambitie om door te groeien naar een controllingrol wordt hier gewaardeerd. Jouw takenpakket - Voeren van de grootboekadministratie van meerdere entiteiten - Verzorgen van maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen - Opstellen van btw-aangiften en ondersteunen bij de jaarrekening - Analyseren van afwijkingen en toelichten van resultaten - Verbeteren van administratieve processen en de inzet van tooling - Afstemmen met de accountant bij controles en de jaarafsluiting Jouw profiel - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting accountancy, bedrijfseconomie of finance - 1 tot 4 jaar ervaring in een financiële of accounting-functie - Goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met een modern boekhoudpakket - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht over meerdere administraties - Je schakelt zelfstandig en trekt op tijd aan de bel bij afwijkingen - Goede be...
