Voor een gerenommeerde organisatie in de bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Financial Controller die zorgt voor betrouwbare cijfers, heldere rapportages en waardevolle inzichten voor het management. In deze rol krijg jij de kans om niet alleen te controleren, maar ook actief mee te denken over verbeteringen en professionalisering van financiële processen. Als Financial Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie en rapportage. Je analyseert cijfers, signaleert afwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare adviezen voor het management. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van processen en het aansturen van financiële teams. Concreet bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit onder andere: - Verzorgen van maandafsluitingen en consolidaties; - Analyseren en verklaren van financiële afwijkingen; - Opstellen van rapportages, forecasts en budgetten; - Bespreken van financiële ontwikkelingen met het management; - Voorbereiden van conceptjaarrekeningen voor diverse entiteiten; - Begeleiden van accountantscontroles en onderhouden van contact met externe adviseurs; - Verbeteren van administratieve processen en financiële systemen; - Bewaken van ...
