Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze cijfers niet alleen kloppen, maar ons ook vooruit helpen.

Bij Group Slabbinck geloven we dat finance veel meer is dan cijfers verwerken. Jij bent degene die overzicht creëert, risico's detecteert, processen verbetert en het management helpt om de juiste beslissingen te nemen.

Hou jij ervan om structuur te brengen in complexe financiële processen én wil je meebouwen aan een ambitieuze internationale groep? Dan willen we jou graag leren kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Jij bent de financiële spil van verschillende vennootschappen binnen onze groep. Ons hoofdkantoor ligt in Zedelgem, met flexibiliteit tussen Zedelgem en Nevele (ook vestiging in Lochristi).

Controlling & analyse

  • het leiden van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen: de voorbereidende werken pak je samen met de accountant op, jij draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de afsluiting zelf
  • interne jaarrekeningen en consolidaties voorbereiden
  • financiële rapportering en analyses uitwerken in Bright Analytics
  • finance-processen in Odoo en ERP mee implementeren en optimaliseren
  • de kwaliteit van financiële data bewaken
  • het finance-team coachen en nauw samenwerken met onze CFO

Accounting & operationeel beheer

  • eindverantwoordelijkheid over de A-Z boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen, met supervisie op het team
  • toezicht op btw-aangiftes, intrastat, VAT refund en reconciliaties, uitgevoerd door de accountant — jij springt zelf bij als back-up bij afwezigheid
  • controle van vaste activa, voorraden en loonboekingen
  • kredietdossiers, verzekeringen en het wagenpark opvolgen

AI als werkinstrument

Je zet AI-tools in om reconciliaties, rapportering en data-analyses te versnellen, zodat je meer tijd overhoudt voor wat er echt toe doet: het management adviseren en processen verbeteren. Ervaring met of interesse in AI-ondersteunde finance-tools is een plus.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van orde brengen in complexe materie.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële/boekhoudkundige richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een KMO of accountancykantoor
  • je beschikt over een financiële en boekhoudkundige achtergrond
  • je denkt analytisch en kritisch
  • fiscale regelgeving schrikt jou niet af
  • je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • je ziet opportuniteiten om processen slimmer te maken, ook met behulp van technologie en AI
  • je haalt inzichten uit cijfers en zet die om in duidelijke adviezen
  • je communiceert vlot met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen, in het Nederlands en Frans
  • je hebt een goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus, geen vereiste — je hebt er wel zin in om dit mee uit te bouwen
  • je bent een coachende leidinggevende die mensen laat groeien
  • je denkt verder dan de cijfers alleen en begrijpt de impact op de business
  • je neemt eigenaarschap en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat
