Ben jij daarnaast nauwkeurig, analytisch sterk en thuis in complexe financiële verslaglegging? Heb je ervaring met financiële controle, bij voorkeur binnen investeringsfondsen, en ben je in staat om overzicht te houden over meerdere entiteiten tegelijkertijd? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Zo ziet jouw werk eruit Als financial controller voor onze fondsen ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing en verslaglegging van de vier investeringsfondsen van InnovationQuarter. Je waarborgt een tijdige, juiste en volledige financiële verslaglegging. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de jaarrekeningen van de fondsen, periodieke fondsrapportages, verantwoordingsinformatie over subsidiestromen en overige externe rapportages. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor accountantscontroles en coördineert het aanleverproces voor de jaarlijkse controle van de fondsen. Daarnaast signaleer je risico's en kansen en initieer en realiseer je verbeteringen in de financiële keten van de fondsen, met als doel een efficiëntere, beter beheersbare en meer datagedreven financiële functie. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met de business controllers en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor accountants en andere interne en externe stakeholders. InnovationQuarter beheert meerdere investeringsfondsen die een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de innovatiekracht en economische ontwikkeling van Zuid-Holland. De fondsen bevinden zich in een dynamische omgeving met uiteenlopende stakeholders en complexe financiële vraagstukken. Samen met de fondsmanagers, investment managers en collega's binnen Planning & Control zorg jij voor betrouwbare financiële informatie en een professionele financiële functie die past bij de groei en ambitie van onze organisatie.
