DEINE ROLLE

Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in Finance und Controlling und möchtest in einem dynamischen Umfeld etwas bewegen? Du verstehst die Zusammenhänge von GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow und möchtest mit deinen Analysen zur finanziellen Steuerung beitragen? Strukturierte Datenaufbereitung und vernetztes Denken zählen zu deinen Stärken? Dann werde Finance Controller in unserem Konzernbereich Controlling & Business Intelligence.

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzreports und Management-Auswertungen

* Analyse der finanziellen Performance (GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow)

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Forecasts und Finanzplanung (inkl. Planbilanz)

* Unterstützung im Treasury bei Liquiditätssteuerung und Cashflow-Planung

* Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen sowie Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Kennzahlen

* Identifikation finanzieller Risiken sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen

* Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Standards und Controlling-Tools

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Erste Erfahrungen im Finance Controlling oder im Controlling mit starkem Finance-Bezug - idealerweise im Tourismus- oder Travel-Umfeld

* Sehr gutes Verständnis von GuV sowie grundlegendes Bilanzverständnis

* Erste Erfahrung im Treasury (z.B. Liquiditätsplanung) von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel), Power BI oder SAP von Vorteil

Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Verlässlichkeit
