Over de functie Als financial controller mobiliteit ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de planning en control cyclus van het programma mobiliteit. Je ondersteunt budgethouders, coördineert financiële kaders en verzorgt complexe financiële mutaties. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse collega's en adviseert over financiële vraagstukken. Je optimaliseert het gebruik van financiële systemen en vertaalt kaders naar concrete acties binnen de programma's. Wat je gaat doen - Ondersteunen van de budgethouder bij financieel in control zijn van het programma mobiliteit en voeren van budget/voortgangsgesprekken. - Coördineren en toetsen van financiële kaders voor planning en control producten. - Uitvoeren en controleren van meerjareninvesteringsplannen (MIP) en meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MOP) en verzorgen van complexe financiële mutaties. - Adviseren op financiële vraagstukken, waaronder bestuurlijke voorstellen. - Uitvoeren van jaarrekeningwerkzaamheden, opstellen van verschillenanalyses, afsluitende boekingen en SiSa-verantwoording. - Optimaliseren van het gebruik van financiële systemen en vertalen van kaders naar acties binnen programma's. - Uitvoeren van begrotingswijzigingen en zorgen voor aansluiting met projectadministratie. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van financiën. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als financieel controller/adviseur bij een gemeente of provincie in de afgelopen 10 jaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met jaarrekeningwerkzaamheden als financial controller, vaste activa administratie, opstellen van MIP en MOP. - Minimaal 8 jaar werkervaring in de afgelop...
