Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, resultaatgerichtheid en proactieve instelling zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie altijd op orde is. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beheren van de financiële administratie in NetSuite en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen.

Omdat wij werken in een sterk gedigitaliseerde en geautomatiseerde omgeving, voel jij je prettig bij het werken met verschillende systemen en online portals. Je hebt affiniteit met automatisering en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën. Ervaring met of interesse in AI-tools is een grote pré; wij zetten AI in om administratieve processen slimmer, efficiënter en nauwkeuriger te maken.

Wat we van jou verwachten Aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.

Minimaal MBO (bij voorkeur MBA), niveau 4, werk- en -denkniveau;

Gestructureerd maar flexibel ingesteld.

Kennis van Excel is een must, ervaring met een ERP is een pré. Wij werken met NetSuite van Oracle;

Affiniteit met een sterk gedigitaliseerde administratie is belangrijk (papierloos);

Handig met online portals en systemen;

Minimaal 24- 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

Communicatief sterk in zowel Nederlands, als Engels (met name in geschrift).

Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een financieel talent ter ondersteuning van ons Finance Team voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. Werk jij graag gestructureerd, houd je overzicht en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van collega's én klanten? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Wij zijn Oppo Merchandise Group en wij hebben kantoren in Nederland en de VS! We maken opvallende pakken en andere kleding in bijzondere prints en kleuren, voor volwassenen en kinderen. Zo opvallend, dat celebrities als Tom Hanks, Bill Gates, Jimmy Kimmel, Max Verstappen en Armin van Buuren in onze pakken gespot zijn. Onze producten worden wereldwijd verkocht in tientallen landen via onze eigen webshops, marketplaces zoals Amazon en Bol.com en ook via feestwinkels en bekende retailers. Daarnaast werken we regelmatig samen met bekende merken als Nintendo, PACMAN, Warner Bros en Pokémon, om de tofste designs en campagnes te kunnen creëren.
