Over de functie Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker vervul je een brede en afwisselende rol binnen het Finance team van Kiwa Nederland. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, volledige en betrouwbare administratie én voor de tijdige verwerking en betaling van inkomende facturen. Je werkt in een dynamisch team waarin samenwerking, betrokkenheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Binnen de afdeling wordt gewerkt met het factuurverwerkingsprogramma MediusFlow en met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO). Daarnaast speelt het team een actieve rol in het verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen, die steeds verder worden gedigitaliseerd. Heb jij affiniteit met geautomatiseerde processen? Dan krijg je bij ons volop ruimte om hieraan bij te dragen en écht impact te maken. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken van inkomende e-mail en post; - Boeken en controleren van inkomende facturen voor diverse Kiwa-bedrijven; - Verwerken van creditcardtransacties en voorbereiden van betaalruns; - Onderhouden van contact met interne collega's en leveranciers; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van administratieve processen. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Een afgeronde (administratieve) mbo-4-opleiding; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Beschikbaarheid tot 32 uur per week; - Een kritische, nauwkeurige en servicegerichte wer...
