Mecanoo is een internationaal toonaangevend architectenbureau met circa 130 medewerkers, gevestigd in Delft. Sinds 1984 ontwerpen we architectuur, stedenbouw, landschapsarchitectuur en interieurs die mensen, omgeving en cultuur met elkaar verbinden. Vanuit onze filosofie People Place Purpose Poetry werken we wereldwijd aan aansprekende projecten. Het portfolio omvat bibliotheken, theaters, universiteiten, woningen en monumentale bouwwerken in Europa, Midden-Oosten, Azië en Amerika. Van de transformatie van De Nederlandse Bank in Amsterdam, de bekroonde bibliotheek van Birmingham tot het opvallende station van Kaohsiung. Als Financieel Directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en zakelijke koers van Mecanoo. Je bent een strategische sparringpartner van de partners en zorgt ervoor dat financiële sturing, projectbeheersing, contractmanagement, risicobeheersing en digitalisering bijdragen aan een gezonde en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Je begrijpt hoe een internationale, projectgestuurde organisatie werkt en weet financiële discipline te combineren met ruimte voor ondernemerschap en creativiteit. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële bedrijfsvoering en geeft richting aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. - Stuurt op rendement, liquiditeit, begrotingen en forecasting; - Bewaakt de financiële prestaties van projecten en adviseert projectleiders en partners; - Stimuleert verdere digitalisering en datagedreven besluitvorming, waaronder ERP, Business Intelligence en cybersecurity; - Geeft leiding aan Finance (1,7 fte) en begeleidt de IT-activiteiten; Wij zoeken een ambitieuze professional die zich herkent in de combinatie van financiële verantwoordelijkheid, strategische invloed en een inspirerende, creatieve werkomgeving.
