Financieel Medewerker TBP Group 21 augustus Bij MoederscheimMoonen en de TBP group ontwerpen we omgevingen waar mensen leven, bewegen en ontmoeten. We kijken altijd naar het grotere geheel en benaderen vraagstukken met een open blik. Maar laten we eerlijk zijn: die grote visie komt pas echt uit de verf als de organisatie erachter staat als een huis. En daar kom jij in beeld als financieel medewerker. Jouw rol als financieel medewerker: Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat onze administratieve basis rotsvast staat. Omdat we bestaan uit verschillende bedrijven binnen de TBP Group, is je werk uitdagend en afwisselend. Jij draait je hand niet om voor de complexiteit van verschillende entiteiten; jij zorgt dat de juiste kosten op de juiste plek belanden en dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat ga je concreet doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige administratie van alle entiteiten, van het inboeken van inkoopfacturen en bankafschriften tot het verwerken van creditcards. - Je beheert het betalingsverkeer door wekelijks betaallijsten af te stemmen en na akkoord de SEPA-bestanden klaar te zetten. - Je verzorgt de volledige facturatie en het actieve debiteurenbeheer voor de TBP Group en de onderliggende (3) bedrijven. - Je voert de maandelijkse projectfacturatie uit tussen de diverse entiteiten (o.a. TBP, MMA, Scope en Sustain). - Je regelt de salarisadministratie, inclusief de verwerking van journaalposten en de registratie van verzuim in Exact en XpertSuite. - Je bewaakt de betalingen aan de belastingdienst bij en houdt het centrale betaaloverzicht actueel. Je krijgt een brede rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent niet alleen operationeel verantwoordelijk, maar neemt ook een overstijgende, adviserende rol in. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met Jelle (Operationeel Directeur van de TBP Group). Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat ons financiële fundament net zo indrukwekkend is als de gebouwen die wij ontwerpen.
