Over het werk Als financieel medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt binnen een dynamisch team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de financiële administratie van diverse Europese vestigingen. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week met flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken. In deze functie krijg je de kans jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door trainingen en het werken aan uitdagende projecten. De functie is in principe voor langere tijd, waarbij je bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering en centralisatie van de financiële processen. Je start je werkdag met het verwerken van inkomende facturen en het boeken van kostenfacturen op de juiste grootboekrekeningen, btw-codes en kostenplaatsen. Je houdt het overzicht over de crediteurenadministratie en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige afwikkeling van betalingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's bij vragen over facturen en boekingen, verwerk je declaraties, stel je specificaties op voor de maandafsluiting en controleer je de betaalbatches.
