Als Fleetmanager is dit je takenpakket:

  • Vlootplanning & Beschikbaarheid: Je plant leveringen, ophalingen en wissels van wagens en zorgt dat elke klant op tijd zijn wagen heeft.
  • Onderhoud, Schade & Banden: Je volgt onderhoudsbeurten, schadedossiers, keuringen en bandenwissels op, van melding tot herstel.
  • Leveranciers & Garages: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor garages, carrosseriebedrijven, leasemaatschappijen en verzekeraars. Je onderhandelt, volgt op en houdt hen scherp.
  • Administratie & Dossiers: Boetes, verzekeringsclaims, contracten en vlootdata: jij houdt alles netjes bij in onze systemen, zodat niets in een mailbox of in iemands hoofd blijft hangen.
  • Aansturen van de Streetwork-crew: Je plant en coördineert onze Car- & Streetwork Flex’ers, zodat het werk op de baan efficiënt verdeeld is.
  • Interne Feedback-Loop: Wat je op het asfalt ziet, breng je terug naar de pitbox. Je deelt inzichten met Customer Experience, Finance en het productteam om onze vlootprocessen continu te tunen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als Fleetmanager behandel je elke wagen in onze vloot alsof het je eigen droomauto is.

  • Je hebt ervaring in fleet management, autoverhuur, leasing, dealership of een vergelijkbare operationele rol. Ervaring met EV’s is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent snel beschikbaar.
  • Je werkt met processen, checklists en systemen. Je documenteert wat je doet, zodat het hele team kan volgen.
  • Een wagen met pech, een klant die wacht, een garage die niet opneemt? Jij houdt het hoofd koel en zoekt de snelste oplossing.
  • Je communiceert helder en transparant met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels en goed Frans.
  • Je rijdt zelf vlot en veilig met (elektrische) wagens wanneer het nodig is.
