Als medewerker koffietafel sta je mee in voor een warme, verzorgde en respectvolle ontvangst van families en genodigden na een uitvaartplechtigheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat de koffietafel vlot verloopt en dat nabestaanden zich in alle rust kunnen samenzijn.

Binnen onze uitvaartonderneming hechten we veel belang aan discretie, gastvrijheid, sereniteit en een verzorgde dienstverlening.

Jouw taken

Als medewerker koffietafel sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het voorbereiden en klaarzetten van de koffietafel en de zaal;
  • Het netjes dekken en afruimen van de tafels;
  • Het klaarzetten en serveren van koffie, thee en andere dranken;
  • Het serveren en aanvullen van broodjes, koffiekoeken, gebak en andere gerechten;
  • Het vriendelijk en discreet ontvangen en bedienen van de aanwezige gasten;
  • Het opvolgen van de zaal tijdens de koffietafel en tijdig aanvullen waar nodig;
  • Het afruimen en opruimen na afloop;
  • Het afwassen en netjes achterlaten van keuken, zaal en gebruikte materialen;
  • Mee toezien op de algemene netheid en uitstraling van de ruimte;
  • Waar nodig collega's ondersteunen bij praktische voorbereidingen.
  • Mee de toiletten in het oog houden en indien nodig opfrissen.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Verzorgd en representatief voor de dag komt;
  • Vriendelijk, beleefd en gastvrij is;
  • Respectvol en discreet kan omgaan met nabestaanden;
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en tegelijk goed functioneert binnen een klein team;
  • Werk ziet en initiatief durft nemen;
  • Ordelijk en hygiënisch werkt;
  • Rust kan bewaren wanneer het drukker wordt;
  • Flexibel beschikbaar is, aangezien uitvaarten en koffietafels niet altijd lang vooraf kunnen worden ingepland.

Ervaring in horeca, bediening of catering is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. De juiste houding, betrokkenheid en respectvolle omgang met families vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
