Flexpool medewerker VIG Boxmeer Als flexibele verzorgende IG in de regio Boxmeer werk je in drie verschillende teams waarin jouw deskundigheid en mening écht tellen. Je gaat oudere bewoners ondersteunen, begeleiden, verzorgen en verplegen. Je biedt je cliënten structuur, veiligheid en persoonlijke aandacht. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een fijne en veilige leefomgeving voor de cliënten op de locaties Orangerie, Symfonie en de Herstelkliniek. Je hebt oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft in het dagelijks leven en speelt in op gedrag en gewoontes. Met jouw aandacht en betrokkenheid help je cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig en prettig te leven. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, familie, mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals. Je denkt en werkt je actief mee aan het verbeteren van zorgprocessen en de kwaliteit van zorg. Je krijgt ruimte om mee te bewegen met veranderingen en nieuwe zorgvragen. Wat bieden we jou? • Het salaris wordt, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, ingeschaald in FWG 40 van de cao VVT (minimaal € 2.811,- / maximaal € 3.864,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek); • Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% (bijna gelijk aan een 13de maand); • Contractduur van 2 jaar met intentie tot verlenging; • Alle ruimte om goed ingewerkt te worden in een hecht team; • Ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling.
