Kom werken als Verzorgende IG in Gennep op twee verschillende locaties! Warme teams, gezellige sfeer en dynamische zorg voor de bewoners.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Ondersteunen, begeleiden, verzorgen en verplegen van bewoners en contact met familie.

Wat ga je doen? Als flexibele verzorgende IG in Gennep, maak je deel uit van de gezellige en betrokken teams Kleermakersgroes en Norbertushof. Je leert de bewoners snel kennen en samen met je collega’s bepaal je welke zorg, ondersteuning, begeleiding en/of verpleging iedere bewoner nodig heeft. Jouw werkzaamheden als verzorgende IG in Gennep bestaan onder andere uit: * Ondersteunen, begeleiden, verzorgen en verplegen van bewoners op twee locaties; * Begeleiden van bewoners in het behouden van regie over hun eigen leven; * Overleggen met bewoners, familieleden en collega’s om zorg te bieden die aansluit bij persoonlijke wensen en behoeften; * Adviseren van collega’s en het netwerk van de bewoner over o.a. (beginnende) dementie en onbegrepen gedrag.

We bieden onder andere: - Het salaris wordt, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, ingeschaald in FWG 40 van de cao VVT (minimaal € 2.811,- / maximaal € 3.864,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek); - Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% (bijna gelijk aan een 13de maand); - Contractduur van 2 jaar met intentie tot verlenging; - Ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling.

Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde opleiding tot verzorgende IG; - Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep en spreekt goed Nederlands (B1 niveau). - Relevante werkervaring is fijn, maar niet noodzakelijk. - Je bent flexibel, nieuwsgierig, leergierig en collegiaal. - VOG vereist
