De uitdaging Voor onze horecagelegenheid bij Zuiver (wellness en hotel) zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste, operationele en ondernemende Floormanager/Supervisor die direct werkt onder de Horeca Manager. Als echte horeca type weet jij hoe je onze gasten en leden gastvrij ontvangt en op hun gemak stelt. Je stuurt de Medewerkers Bediening operationeel aan in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden (4-7 medewerkers). Dit doe je door proactief, vlot en accuraat te werken zonder hierbij het overzicht te verliezen. Het waarborgen van service en kwaliteit staat hierbij hoog in het vaandel. Tevens ben je een echte teamplayer en laat jij je onder hectische omstandigheden niet van de wijs brengen. Wie ben jij? De belangrijkste eigenschappen zijn dat je leergierig bent en gemotiveerd bent om te werken, dit straal je ook uit. Daarnaast herken jij je in onderstaand profiel: - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare horeca ervaring en je werkt zelf ook operationeel mee; - Je beschikt MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en commercieel ingesteld; - Je hebt een leuke, vlotte uitstraling. - Als geen ander weet jij het overzicht te bewaken, stress komt niet in jouw woordenboek voor; - Je bent communicatief sterk en met jouw coachende manier van leidinggeven haal je het beste in jouw team naar boven; - Het is voor jou geen probleem om te werken in wisselende diensten (grotendeels middag- en avonddiensten) zowel in de weekenden (minimaal 1 weekenddag per week) als op feestdagen.
