Deine Mission im Kraftwerk:

* Blumen mit Power: Du bindest keine zahmen Sträuße - du kreierst florale Statements in lauten Farben, die auffallen und pure Lebensfreude versprühen.

* Knalliges Store-Erlebnis: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere bunte Vielfalt an Blumen, coolen Vasen und Geschenkartikeln im Store explodiert und die Kundschaft zum Staunen bringt.

* Keine Ausreden-Beratung: Du berätst unsere Community mit derselben freshen Ehrlichkeit, die wir auf Social Media leben.

* Freshness-Garantie: Du sorgst mit echtem handwerklichem Geschick dafür, dass unsere Schnittblumen und Pflanzen immer die maximale Energie ausstrahlen.

Das ballerst du mit:

* Floristisches Handwerk: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Florist (m/w/d) oder bist ein verdammt talentierter Quereinsteiger mit richtig viel Erfahrung im Premium-Floral-Design.

* Mut zur Farbe: Du lebst die Colorful Life-Ästhetik, liebst starke Kontraste und hast ein extrem feines Gespür für unkonventionelle Kombinationen.

* Charakterkopf: Du bist offen, laut, humorvoll und behältst deinen Vibe und deine Präzision auch dann, wenn der Store brennt.

Eine Überzahlung ist je nach deiner konkreten Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und deinem Talent möglich.
