Wir sind ein seit über 15 Jahren etabliertes Blumengeschäft im Herzen der Kitzbüheler Alpen. Wir zeichnen uns durch unsere Leidenschaft für florale Arbeiten und individuelle Dekorationen aus. Mit einem engagierten Team von Floristinnen schaffen wir einzigartige Blumenarrangements für verschiedenste Anlässe. Mit unseren Hochzeitsdekorationen für Berghochzeiten haben wir uns einen internationalen Ruf erarbeitet.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 2 Florist (m/w/d) ab sofort in Vollzeitanstellung // 40 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Florist_in in unserem Team wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer floralen Kreationen spielen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

* Herstellung von individuellen Blumensträußen und Gestecken für besondere Anlässe wie Hochzeiten, * Geburtstage und andere Feierlichkeiten

* Beratung unserer Kund_innen bei der Auswahl von Blumen und passenden Arrangements

* Pflege und Präsentation der Blumen im Geschäft

* Kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktpalette

* Sicherstellung der Qualität und Frische unserer Blumen und Pflanzen

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Florist_in oder einschlägige Kenntnisse in diesem Beruf

* Leidenschaft und Kreativität im Umgang mit Blumen und Pflanzen

* Sinn für Farben, Formen und ästhetisches Design

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Kundenberatung

* Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in stressigen Situationen
