Purmerend Junior Forwarder Introductie Deze vaste baan als Junior Forwarder biedt jou de kans om jouw vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en je carrière een boost te geven. In deze organisatie word jij getraind en gecoacht met als doel door te stromen tot Senior Forwarder. Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Forwarder organiseer jij inkomende zeevrachtzendingen vanuit het Verre Oosten. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk aspect van het proces soepel verloopt, van het ontvangen van zendingen in de haven tot aan de levering bij de klant. Jij stemt af met rederijen, terminals en vervoerders over aankomstdata, vrijstellingen en leveringen. Het opvragen, controleren en verwerken van transport- en douanedocumentatie is bij jou in goede handen. Jij plant en boekt wegtransport zodat klanten tijdig geïnformeerd zijn over status en planning van hun leveringen. Signaleren van knelpunten en het aandragen van oplossingen? Dat doe jij met gemak. Wat breng je mee? - Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek of internationale handel - minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een administratieve of logistieke functie - Bekendheid met zeevracht import en containerlogistiek - Kennis van transport- en douanedocumenten zoals B/L, invoice, packing list en vrijstellingen - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Een direct dienstverband bij onze opdrachtgever - Een moderne werkomgeving met uitstekende faciliteiten - Tal van doorgroeimogelijkheden tot bijvoorbeeld Senior Forwarder of Teamleider - Werkuren van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:30 en 17:30 - Een startsalaris tussen €2500 en €3200 bruto per maand Over de organisatie Jij komt te werken bij een bedrijf in regio Purmerend dat zich richt op logistieke dienstverlening.
