Jobomschrijving

Voor een groeiende groep van radiologiepraktijken zoeken we een HR-professional die de dagelijkse HR-werking voor ongeveer acht tot tien praktijken opneemt.

Je rapporteert aan de Head of HR en werkt samen met regionale HR-collega's en een interne recruiter.

Je voert de taken zelf uit; je hebt geen rechtstreeks HR-team onder je.

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en radiologen over contracten, loon, afwezigheden en personeelsdossiers.
  • Je bewaakt de payroll samen met het sociaal secretariaat en lokale medewerkers en springt waar nodig praktisch bij.
  • Je integreert nieuw overgenomen praktijken: contracten, arbeidsreglementen, looninschaling en HR-afspraken controleren en harmoniseren.
  • Je begeleidt lokale verantwoordelijken bij personeelsvragen en moeilijke gesprekken.
  • Je interviewt kandidaten en organiseert onboarding, met ondersteuning van de interne recruiter.
  • Je verduidelijkt verantwoordelijkheden binnen de praktijken en legt veranderingen ter plaatse uit.

Je hebt als HR Generalist, HR Manager of HRBP zelfstandig een vergelijkbaar operationeel takenpakket uitgevoerd.

  • Je kent Belgische sociale wetgeving, contracten en arbeidsreglementen en hebt praktische payrollkennis.
  • Je beheerst Frans uitstekend, ook voor moeilijke personeelsgesprekken. Je spreekt Nederlands op conversationeel niveau, zodat je vlot met collega's kunt communiceren. Je kunt met Engelstalige policies werken.
  • Je bent toegankelijk, discreet en consequent en bewaakt je onafhankelijke HR-rol.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kunt schakelen tussen dagelijkse vragen en integratieprojecten.
  • Je kunt naar praktijken in Brussel en Wallonië. Overleg vindt soms tijdens de middag of na 17 uur plaats, met flexibiliteit in je dagplanning.
