Wir suchen für unser 5* Hotel in Zell am Ziller: 1 Front Office Agent (mwd) Anstellungsart und Dauer: Jahres- oder Saisonstelle

Vollzeit 5 oder 6 Tage bei 40 oder 48 Wochenstunden

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben:

* Check-in und Check-out der Hotelgäste

* Persönliches Rooming der Hotelgäste

* Beratung und Betreuung der Hotelgäste

* Rechnungslegung und Kassaführung

* Arbeit mit den Hotelprogrammen Protel, Reguest und TAC

* Annahme von Reservierungen sowie Tischreservierungen

* Erstellung von Morgenpost und Wochenpost sowie Menükarten

* Annahme von Telefonaten

* Aktiver Verkauf von Urlaubserlebnissen

Dein Profil:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position

* Du bist ein_e Quereinsteiger_in und motiviert, zu lernen?

* Du sprichst und schreibst die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch

* Du führst deine Arbeit mit Herz und Leidenschaft aus

* Du bist verlässlich, pünktlich und eigenverantwortlich

* Du hast ein gepflegtes Auftreten

* Du bist ein Teamplayer_in
