Wir suchen ab sofort 2 Front Office Agent m/w/d Du bist Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft, behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und liebst den direkten Kontakt mit Gästen? Dann werde Teil unseres Front Office Teams im ibis Styles Linz!

Deine Aufgaben

* Operative Leitung und Organisation des Front Office Bereichs

* Führung, Motivation und Einschulung des Front Office Teams

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft

* Professioneller Check-in und Check-out unserer internationalen Gäste

* Beschwerde- und Qualitätsmanagement

* Dienstplan- und Urlaubskoordination

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen des Hotels

* Verantwortung für Kassenführung, Debitoren und Reservierungskontrolle

Das bringst DU mit

Fachlich

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie oder Tourismus von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption oder im Front Office

* Für die Position als Front Office Manager idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Opera Cloud oder vergleichbaren PMS-Systemen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Bezahlung

Die Bezahlung erfolgt laut Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe.

Eine Überbezahlung ist - abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung - selbstverständlich möglich.
