Das arte Hotel Kufstein, privat geführtes, modernes Hotel auf 4*-Niveau mit trendigem Hotel-Lifestyle in urbaner Atmosphäre, sucht 1 Front Office Manager (m./w./d.) oder Rezeptionsleiter_in für die Leitung des Empfangs in Vollzeit für 40 Wochenstunden bei einer 5 Tage-Woche.

Sie lieben die tägliche Herausforderung und übernehmen gerne

* Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Front Office und Reservierung

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und anderweitiger Korrespondenz

* Wartung und Überwachung von Channelmanager und Buchungsplattformen

* Führung und Training des Rezeptions-Teams

* enge Kooperation mit allen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsanspruches nach TQM (total quality management)

* Debitorenkontrolle, Controlling, Rechnungslegung für Reisebüros und Veranstaltungen

* Erstellung von wöchentlichen Arbeitseinsatz- und Urlaubsplänen

Wir suchen:

* freundliche_n und kommunikative_n Gastgeber_in mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung an einer Fachhochschule oder Lehre in der Hotellerie sowie Berufserfahrung in dieser Position (oder Stellvertretung)

* mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption erforderlich

* sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freude am eigenverantwortlichen, selbständigen Arbeiten

* Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement, Teamdenken

* Office-Kenntnisse zwingend, Micros Fidelio-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
