Je houdt een oogje in het zeil en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de organisatie.

Jouw taken:

  • leden ben bezoekers enthousiast ontvangen en begeleiden
  • telefonische oproepen en e-mails beantwoorden
  • inschrijvingen en adminstratieve opvolging verzorgen
  • werken met courante computer programma's zoals Outlook, Word en andere toepassingen
  • mee waken over netheid en uitstraling van de club
  • vragen van leden beantwoorden en hen correct informeren
  • potentiële leden contacteren en opvolgen
  • meedenken over acties om de club verder te laten groeien
  • mee zorgen voor een positieve sfeeer waar leden graag terugkomen
  • Je bent sociaal, enthousiast en klantgericht
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet werk
  • Je bent zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk
  • Je bent vriendelijk en professioneel, ook tijdens de drukke momenten
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld zonder opdringerig te zijn
