Wir sind auf der Suche nach: 1 Front-Office-Mitarbeiter/in Das erwartet dich

* Herzlicher Empfang und professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Check-in und Check-out

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästekorrespondenz

* Telefonische und persönliche Beratung unserer Gäste

* Administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Kassenführung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen unseres Hauses

Das bringst du mit

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware ist von Vorteil

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder in der Hotellerie - motivierte Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.
