Voor een stabiele en toekomstgerichte organisatie in de regio Diegem zoeken we een Functional Analyst die graag meedenkt over slimme digitale oplossingen. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar technologie, innovatie en duurzaamheid samenkomen en waar volop wordt geïnvesteerd in de verdere digitalisering van de organisatie.

Je krijgt de kans om betrokken te zijn bij uiteenlopende IT-projecten binnen verschillende afdelingen, van marketing en finance tot HR. Geen eenzijdige functie dus, maar een veelzijdige uitdaging waarin je nauw samenwerkt met collega's uit de business en IT. Dankzij de informele werksfeer, korte communicatielijnen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief kan je hier echt jouw stempel drukken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je brengt functionele behoeften in kaart en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke requirements, user stories en praktische oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert bestaande bedrijfsprocessen en applicaties en onderzoekt hoe deze efficiënter en gebruiksvriendelijker kunnen worden ingericht.
  • Je werkt mee aan diverse IT-projecten, zoals de ontwikkeling van webapplicaties, CRM-oplossingen en de optimalisatie van interne systemen.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met business stakeholders, IT-collega's en externe partners om ervoor te zorgen dat oplossingen aansluiten bij de noden van de organisatie.
  • Je ondersteunt het volledige traject van analyse en functionele testing tot implementatie, waarbij je de kwaliteit en goede werking van nieuwe toepassingen bewaakt.
  • Een bachelordiploma en minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist of Business Analist.
  • Ervaring met functionele analysemethodologieën, zoals BPMN, UML en Agile/Scrum. Kennis van SQL, systeemintegraties of Jira is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief sterk, met een oprechte interesse in duurzaamheid.
