Für die Rhomberg Bau GmbH suchen wir eine_n verantwortungsbewusste_n 1 Geschäftsfeldleiter_in GU Projektbau

Deine Aufgaben

* Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen unter Berücksichtigung unserer Kultur und Werte

* Akquise, Steuerung, Koordination und Betreuung von gewerblichen GU-Projekten

* Proaktive (Mit-)Entwicklung der Abteilungsstrategie und Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung

* Entwicklung, Planung und ergebnisverantwortliche Umsetzung der Geschäftsfeldziele unter Berücksichtigung der Qualitäts- und Kundenanforderungen sowie eines effizienten Ressourceneinsatzes

* Aktives Gestalten, Pflegen und Ausbauen von Netzwerken und Kundenbeziehungen

* Laufende Kontrolle der relevanten Kennzahlen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Baumeisterprüfung, HTL, FH, Uni)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im fachlichen Aufgabenbereich, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Unternehmerisches Denken, lösungsorientiertes sowie nachhaltiges Handeln und Vorbildwirkung im Sinne der persönlichen Reflexion

* Führungskompetenz mit einem hohen Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Aufgeschlossener Umgang mit innovativen Techniken, Prozessen und Produkten

* Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse und ein einschlägiges Netzwerk im Raum Vorarlberg
