De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw functie er uit als grond inkoper?

  • Dankzij jouw speurtalent vind je razendsnel onbebouwde gronden en oude gebouwen om te transformeren
  • Jouw vlotte babbel zorgt ervoor dat je een netwerk kan uitbouwen om mensen te overtuigen
  • Je kan terugvallen op de marketing campagnes en sociale media binnen het bedrijf om je netwerk uit te breiden
  • Relaties uitbouwen om nieuwe locaties te zoeken regio Knokke-Heist en omstreken

Onze klant Onze klant is een projectontwikkelaar regio Eeklo. Ze maken deel uit van een groep waarin de ontwikkelaar zelf actief is in residentiële bouwprojecten zowel appartementsprojecten, verkavelingen, publieke - en private projecten. De ontwikkelaar kan je omschrijven als een familiale firma waarbij er een vlakke structuur aanwezig is. Daarnaast is een eigen mening en visie binnen het bedrijf van groot belang!

Wat is jouw rol binnen het bedrijf? Jij gaat aan de slag als grondinkoper regio Knokke-Heist waarbij je terugvalt op jouw breed netwerk die je al jaren geleden opbouwde. Naar welk profiel is onze klant op zoek als grond inkoper?

  • Een Bachelor of Master in de vastgoedsector op zak
  • Al enkele jaren ervaring in vastgoedprospectie bij een makelaar, verkavelaar of bouwpromotor
  • De nodige kennis van ruimtelijke ordening en stedenbouw
  • Jouw omgeving omschrijft jou als een opportunist én een optimist
