Ben jij een projectontwikkelaar met een scherpe blik voor kansen? In deze rol ga je aan de slag in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw inbreng direct impact heeft. Je bouwt niet alleen aan sterke dossiers, maar ook aan langdurige relaties met diverse stakeholders.

Heb je ervaring met het analyseren van locaties en grondaankopen? Ja / Nee

Ben je iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook de verbinding zoekt met een team? Ja / Nee

In jouw rol als projectontwikkelaar ga je:

  • interessante gronden en opportuniteiten spotten
  • locaties analyseren op potentieel, haalbaarheid en context
  • duurzame relaties opbouwen met eigenaars, makelaars en lokale partners
  • informatie verzamelen en structureren voor sterke dossieropbouw
  • nauw samenwerken met development, finance en management
  • proactief meedenken vóór besluiten worden genomen
