IHRE AUFGABEN:

Group Controlling:

* Erstellung und Auswertung konsolidierter Monatsberichte basierend auf konzernweit definierten KPIs.

* Mitwirkung an der monatlichen Konsolidierung der Ergebnisse der ALCAR Gruppe, einschließlich Prognosen und Budgetplanungen.

* Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Tochtergesellschaften im Rahmen des Konzernreportings und der Ergebniszusammenführung.

* Aktive Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Management-Präsentationen.

Sparringpartner der Geschäftsleitung:

* Professionelle Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei strategischen sowie operativen Entscheidungsprozessen.

* Eigenständige Erstellung von detaillierten Analysen zu konzernübergreifenden und strategisch relevanten Themenfeldern.

* Übernahme der Verantwortung für Forecasting, Budgetierung und mittelfristige Planungen auf Gruppenebene.

Reporting & Digitalisierung:

* Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Controlling- und BI-Projekten im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation (ERP, BI-Tools, Excel).

* Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Analyseprozesse im Reporting für Produktions-, Vertriebs- und Finanzcontrolling.

* Konzeption und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Dashboards und Reportings inklusive Visualisierung relevanter Ergebnisse.

IHR PROFIL:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finance

* 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem international tätigen Konzern

* Der Tätigkeit angemessene Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Budgetierung und Bilanzierung

* Hohe IT-Affinität; Erfahrungen mit SQL oder Data Warehousing sind von Vorteil

* Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Visualisierungstools wie Tableau, Power BI, QlikView oder vergleichbarer Software
